Ok. I don't see much of a difference but you can see some in my weight stats. I do feel good. Hope to see a huge difference at the end of 60 days.

I started at 237 and now am out 223. I havent been under 220 in 8 years or so. I hope to get to 200 one day.

You're being too hard on yourself! You lost 14 pounds!!! WOW! I definitely see some toning up of the love handles in the rear shots. Very well done for the first 30. Keep it up!!
