Hi All,

Finally the round 1 journey has come to an end. And what a journey it was! I have made some big results, but still have a long way to go.
I stuck to a strict 1800 calorie diet the whole way through which meant i didnt pack on as muscle as I'd like, but still have a few kgs of fat to lose too. My phase 3 results let me down the most because even though i was still training hard, every week i had a major birthday and or weddings which meant slipping up on the diet and alcohol!.

Here are my before and after stats:

pushups: 20 50
toe touch: -16cm -6cm
wall squat: 33sec 2min 2sec
bicep curls: 20/25lb 35/25lb
