What will P90x do for a body like mine? 1 Year, 6 Months ago Karma: 0  
I am 19 and 5 foot 11 and weigh just under 150. What will p90x do for my body. Will I be able to look like the success stories in the informercials on TV if I stick to the diet and work out hard with the program.

if you really stick with it...like follow the diet closely and don't miss any days during the program, you should end up looking like this:

I was actually wondering the same thing. I really don't have much weight to lose and am doing this mostly to get into shape. I'm 6' and 155.

Me too.
I'm not fat...18% bf. If I can get down to 15% by the time 90 days are up I'll be happy. i'm not looking at day 90 as the finish line. It will be the end of the beginning.
This programme is for people in ok shape already. IMO if you're way out of shape you won't be able to do half the excercises effectively and/or you'll hurt yourself trying.

I was fat. 20% BF on day one. I'm in the second week of Phase III now, and I am just under 10%. You WILL drop fat, you WILL gain muscle. But only if you stick to the plan, and stick to the nutrition. Otherwise you'll get frustrated & ticked off every time you even think of the workout.
