Ok here are my final results from Day 1, 30, 60, & 90 days. Not sure what happened when I tried to edit the pics. Some came out bigger and some smaller?? Kinda lazy to make it perfect. Well I am very happy with my results so far and enjoyed P90x for the most part. There were some days ( come on admit it you too ) that I did not want to do a workout, but at the end of the day you can't deny it. Now that I am done I am looking towards the future and taking my body to the next level and so forth. Who knows I may try to gain some mass this next session.

I wished that I had some stats for all you number junkies, but I don't. I always say the pictures speak for themselves.......Cheers

are you sure this is only 30 days? man...you'll see more definition on your 60th day. good job man!! keep the heat up.

LOL well technically its my 31st day. I missed a workout so I backtracked a day. Thanks for the encouragement

Oh in case people wondering were I started. I weighed 180lbs when i started. Now I am at 170lbs...not bad in 30 days. As far as bodyfat and stuff I haven't calculated it. Maybe these next 30 days I will?? My main goal is to get down to 160-165lbs. I am leaning out my body to get my body fat as low as possible and then the last 30 days or so try to bulk up my muscle by lifting heavier weights.

Great job man ... are you pushing your hardest on every excersice?

Also are you using the nutrients plan or just doing your own thing becasue thats what am doing lol...

Thanks and to answer your questions.

Yes I try to push myself to the limit on every exercise. Even if I can't do all of the reps or struggle I keep myself moving until the time is up for each exercise. I never push pause so that I can get all the reps in. I do as many as I can and record it to improve.

As far as the nutrition, I am not following the guide. Too much reading and stuff lol. I am following the fat shredder plan so to speak. By eating more lean protein and very little carbs from breads, pasta and rice. Now thats hard for me since I am asian and we eat a lot of dishes with rice if not all . I keep a daily snack reminder on at work to tell me when to eat. I usually eat every 2 hours to keep me from going hungry and not binge at lunch or dinner. Healthy snacks such as fruits or veggies with nothing on it just good ol natural.

Yeah I do the same by not pushing pause and just doing as much reps WITH OUT CRASHING LOL...

I hear you am middle eastern and we have lots of rice too in our food and espacially white rice..but those kabobs are tasty man along with that steamed rice you guys have hahaha...but chow mein is the best for P90X

Oh how I miss white rice.....but its not so bad I guess. When I get to were I need to be I will celebrate with a large bowl of white rice. LOL

Hey man - you've got some of the best afte-30-days pics I've seen. MOst people don't see those results until later on in the program - great job!!!

So I'm seeing your following the fat shredder diet plan. What is your ratio of protein - carbs - fat? I've been trying to keep my protein high, but somehow carbs keep sneaking in.

Are you focusing on the ratio? Or following the serving suggestion in the book?

Yeah I have been loosely following the fat shredder plan. In terms of ratios I shoot for 6 protein - 3 carbs - 1 or less fat. Yeah it is hard sometimes to watch for those carbs. They are everywhere so I try to watch were I get them from. I mentioned before that I cut out pretty much all breads, pastas and rice type carbs. If I do have them a piece of bread or two is what I limit myself to. I eat plenty of fruits and veggies. I stay away as much as possible from fat and sugars.

I am more focusing on the ratios then on the serving suggestions. I have not used a single recipe in that plan yet.Sometimes I watch how many servings I consume. I have scale that I use to measure how many oz and lbs I am getting to get teh right servings.

So this my typical nutrition plan:

Workout at 7am
-Protein recovery shake afterwards
Breakfast at 10am
-Plan oatmeal with banana or raisins (absolutely nothing else)
12 pm
-Snack such as apple
Lunch at 2pm
-salad with chicken or turkey tbsp of dressing or turkey sandwich no condiments at all
4 pm
-another snack like sliced carrots
6 pm
-snack again fruit yogurt veggies
7 pm off work Dinner
Depends what wife makes. Last night it was pork stir fry no rice. This is were I have to watch the sodium and carb intake because my wife just makes watever lol.

I drink plenty of water throughout the day. I drink any where between 64 to 80 oz just in my 8 hour shift at work. Yes I pee a lot lol. Hope this helps and sorry for the long post. I read some of your blogs and way to get up super early and still workout. Good luck to you!!
