Thanks for the encouraging words! Yeah looking at the side view, you'd think I lost more weight than that. At first I thought the minimal weight loss was due to me increasing muscle, but looking at the pics proves I didn't gain any muscle. Maybe muscle density, if that makes sense?
On pullups, I'm embarrassed to say I haven't done any since week 1 (my original week 1) kicked my tail. been using bands ever since. Maybe I'll pick them back up tomorrow and see how far I've come.

Oh, well you shouldn't be embarrassed at all. I was just curious because you could do 2 1/2 pull ups when you started which was the same as me. You should see how many pull ups you can do now though. I think the major factor is how much body fat you have. Without all that useless weights it becomes easier to pull yourself up.
