Man you crossed the biggest Hurdle, your "tummy".
I am still fighting hard to get it done. But won't give up even if it takes me 180 days instead of 90 days. I am prepared to go a long way.
Bring it...

I'm just curious about the process your body made in its transformation. I'm currently in Phase 1 still and my stomach is slimming down a lot but I can't seem to melt away my love handles. Is that how your Phase 1 went?

My first month was hell I was slow losing, and just drank water and watched everything that went into my mouth. And nothing was coming off. So I was running 2 to 3 times a day. Morning afternoon and at night, P90x everyday.... Month 2 huge loses almost daily, more energy, meant more running...But I must admit I am in a motivational rut still exercise but finding it hard to keep it fun

In looking at a bunch of before and after pics, it seems a lot of people have huge body fat losses between day 30-60. I hope I join them shortly!
Stay motivated man. You're doing too good not to. Big Papa

For the start very strict with P90X, but I ran all the time, and I was VERY strict with my diet. As time went on I found running and weight training was working better for the results I wanted but still P90X as much as I could about 3 times a week. But I ran everyday and exercised every other day. I took a week off to eat bad and just be lazy but I am ramping up to do my next cycle, and this time I know what to expect so I am hoping to get better results, I would like to be more defined and add a little more mass. My problem is I am a firm believer in supplements and they cost a bundle , Lipo 6 $60 can. , protein $50 can., testosterone boosters $80, createin $75, multi-vitamin $40, some stuff called Anoblic D $50 ( post workout ). Sorry for the long post.
