Alright, day 90 has come and gone and I kinda debated posting my results as they weren't quite to my satisfaction, but still relatively good. There has been a definite change in mind and body over the past 90 days, but.......you know, we're our own worst critic. I know I shouldn't expect miracles and thought I set reasonable goals, but I guess I got hung up on numbers etc, etc. As you all can see in the 0 day pic, I was fat and in my eye still am, but not as marshmallow like.
I started with these measurements:
Weight: 208
Waist around bellybutton: 41
Across hipbones: 39
Thighs: L 24 / R 24
Arms: L 16.25 / R 16.5
I regret not having a good body fat reading because I think I burned a lot of lard and replaced it with muscle and that explains my lack of physical weight loss.... at least I hope.
I ended with these measurements:
Weight: 196
Waist around bellybutton: 38
Across hipbones: 37
Thighs: L 25.5 / R 25.5
Arms: L 16.5 / R 17
In general I feel great! The best I have felt in a long time. Everything went pretty smoothly throughout the duration. The only issue I had was I got pretty sick for a week and I feel like it set me back a bit. I picked up where I stopped as soon as I could. My diet is good and now I can't wait until gym time everyday. I plan of giving P90X a break for a little while and start into a cycle of strength/powerlifting. I plan on working in HIIT a couple times a week. I will utilize the Yoga and X-Stretch. Yoga has become a love hate relationship for me. I dread doing it, but love how I feel afterwards.
Overall, I would recommend anyone that is relatively healthy to jump into the double routine as I did. The hardest part honestly was getting up early to do cardio. I have enjoyed all of the workouts... especially the ones with Pam the Blam (her legs are awesome and she's a cutie). I will try doubles again in a couple months and in the mean time I will keep looking here and trying to offer any tips or words on encouragement I can.

Good Job. Love handles are the most stubborn, even folks in great shape have to work on diet to get rid of them. For myself, I had to smarten up about my eating.
I finally said I am working so hard 'every-day' am I really going to eat pizza with the kids - no way.. As soon as I turned that corner, I began to see results. And these darn love handles are finally dwindling down.
See ya at the beach.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments! I am one week into doubles and today was a struggle to motivate myself to do cardio. I did it but it wasn't heart felt, I did try to intensify it a touch since it was my last workout for the week. I got a rest/stretch day tomorrow.

Good results thus far. Keep on bringing it and you'll be there in no time. I'm 30-days in and I've lost 20lbs so far and am begining to see the muscles I want!

Don't get discouraged. I can see changes. You alluded to this already but what is the change in your bf%? That's the key. Overall weight means nothing. You are very likely adding muscle WHILE you're losing fat and that's the best possible scenario.
As far as resigning yourself to never having a flat stomach, that's BS. Maybe not by Day 90 but you get your bf% down around 12% and you'll be ripped, I don't care who you are. I'm not saying getting to that level is easy. I just got under 16% myself (from 20% on Day 1) and am shooting for 10% - but certainly not by Day 90.
I try not to think of Day 90 as the finish line. I look at it as the end of the beginning. Here I am on Day 83 and there's no question that I am significantly stronger, more flexible and fit cardiovascular-wise. How can I be discouraged by that? So what if my pics don't show magazine-ad, night & day changes?
It's not like I'm going to just stop working out on Day 90. No, I'm going to keep going. Not full bore but I will keep going and I will keep getting better. What more can you really ask for?

Judging from your pictures I bet you lost at least 5% bodyfat. Good job.

Don't be so hard on yourself!!! If nothing else look at the look on you face as the pics progess. That right there is worth the pain of the program, not to mention I hope I am as successful as your pics tell me you were!!!!!

Your back for sure is much more toned. Way to go! And awesome with the doubles.
I also really agree with jewtattoo. Your face totally changes over the series. You look like you are happier and have a ton of confidence! (which you should)
Thanks for the inspiration!
