Day 30 Front 2

I only see a big difference on my back pictures. My arms got more ripped and my muffin top on the side are gone. I'm still kind of dissapointed that my stomach is still so fat. I lost about 8 pounds in the first 2 weeks but not losing any more after that, kinda suck. I've seen better results with other people than me, I'm kind of discourage here. Hopefully I can push myself harder on phase 2.

Looks great to me. I think you will see a lot more change during phase 2 but most would be ecstatic with what you have done so far. Your back does look impressive but the abs and chest are also definitely more defined. Keep it up!

yup those are awesome results for phase 1, normally u would see the results in phase 2

dude i cant see why you are disappointed, the results are good! your back and arms are pumped.... ok the stomach is taking a bit of time but i am it will happen... i personally worry about the stomach too... but i say to myself 'just keep on doing the work and the results will come in time'...m on day 18 at the moment so long way to see the kind of results you have achieved

Great job! Don't be discouraged, that is pretty amazing for 30 days. I'd take those improvements everyday. Thanks for posting. As a beginner, it's encouraging to see.

Great job! Don't worry about the stomach, it will come. Check out my before and after pics thru 60 days. No real definition in my stomach until day 60.

This is my Day 45 so far, don't see any difference from day 30 pic. Something must be wrong.

You look a little more lean and ripped to me. 15 days from the 30 day shots may not show a lot of difference. Compare at 60 and you will have noticeble changes. Great job!
