I didn't do proper day 0 pics, and am posting what I think is the most motivational. Didn't even know I had such back fat until I took that Day 0 pic, talk about a REALITY check!

Lost 8.75 inches and 7 lbs in 28 days and am feeling awesome in terms of energy and strength

I will post better pics Day 60 (I didn't take Day 0 pics properly) and will also take the flexed measurements from now on! Keep bringing it!
