I completed the P90X program in August. Afterwards, I continued to eat well, did maintenance workouts of 15-20 minutes per day, and I reduced my calorie intake to continue to shed the unwanted pounds. This morning I reached my target weight of 170 (I originally weighed in at 202), and I thought I'd take some pictures to celebrate.

P90X completely changed my life!

Do you plan on doing a second rounf of P90X?

Thanks for the nice comments. Yes, I feel great! As for the second round of P90X, it's swimming around in the back of my mind. Possibly next year, or maybe just joining a gym to do some heavier weight training... I haven't made up my mind yet. Kevin, I took your advice and filled out the beachbody entry form ... wish me luck!
