And that's all for now. Man, I really feel like I look better than my pictures are giving me credit for. Maybe I'm just being too optimistic? :/

Thanks for the responses. I still feel like I made more progress than the pictures show. And now I'm feeling like my body is just piling all the fat back on. Getting frustrated.

a lot more definition in the arms, shoulders and chest. and that side shot you can clearly see the weight loss results. I just started this week but i cant wait too see my results at day 30.

I did notice a lot of difference in the arm/shoulder area, but my biggest disappointment is that when I looked in the mirror I felt that my love handles had gone down a noticeable amount, but in the picture they actually look bigger. Stupid pictures lol. I'm readjusting my diet though. I'm going to do the fat shredder phase again hopefully see some big results.

Great job man. I hope your sticking to the diet, or eating clean. I can't wait to see your 90 day pic. I think I might go for 2 rounds, but I was told that Chalean extream is coming out, so I might do that then another round of p90x! If I don't have my abs by then, I'll quit! lol

I'm sticking as closely to the diet as I can. I do break it every now and again, but I make sure to give me next workout 110% more than I normally would. Even though I've broken my diet a few times, I measured myself this morning and I was at 184, so I'm still dropping the weight which is my ultimate goal.

Hey Coy - what calorie number are you following. you may want to consider dropping a few hundred calories maybe to 2000ish cals per day. That will really maximize your results. Also I do't think you shold do phase 1 again because that first month is very high protien and low carb used to shock your body. At this point your body will need to have those carbs back so you can rock phase 2. Also did you know protien calories are harder to burn than carb calories so you don't want to get crazy with so much protien. Anyway keep with phase 2 and go through the program and repeat after you are done if you like.
