Let's keep kickin' ass and keep up with the "old man" TONY!! I don't care that I can't do everything - all I care about is that I feel GREAT - and my doctor & my PT think I am kickin' butt!! Going vegan, low salt low fat etc etc...

Just started second week of P90X, and I love it. I'll be 38 in 2 weeks and am about 100 pounds over my goal weight But I figure if I see gradual results I'll be better off than having done nothing, right? My husband and I are doing it together, so I'm confident I'll keep going, but definitely not ready to post pics yet.

I drink MonaVie Active for the soreness and achey joints and it really helps, I'm only half as sore as I used to be when I worked out previously. I know some of you are struggling with soreness so I thought I'd recommend what works for me.

Anyway, my high school reunion is in October, I figure I can do 3 of the 90 day sets in that time. Do you all think that would be a good course to take since I have such a long way to go? I'm open for any suggestions But I figure I can keep modifying the 90 day workouts to get up to Tony's level by then, not sure if I'll be ready for anything else yet.

TK - way to keep bringing it!

Klaws - You should do the p90x Classic plus add some cardio every day, maybe 30 mins. Also, I write everything down that I eat, and weigh and measure everything. And I try to eat only 800 - 1200 calories. This week I went waaaay off my diet, but so far this program has helped me lose 35 pounds. I have 40 more get to my weight target. I think if you start now, and stick to the diet you will look and feel terrific by October. Keep us posted!!

Hi I am doing the p90x and I am on week 4 of classic, so far not bad, my knees hurt but what do you do. I am eating clean but not sure what is the right amount of calories to consume any ideas? I am 40 yrs old and 5'1. with about 10 pounds to lose. also do you think you need to add in extra cardio with this program?

xstretch,core syn and one more yoga to go till I finish round 1. gearing up for another 90. Just for the record, those of you who are skeptical ...DONT BE. Push play and do your best and you know the rest. There are MANY ladies on here bringin it and eventually getting very good at ALL the workouts. The soreness and the achy knees were something I endured as well. Listen to your body when you have to but dont STOP. If you are not following the guide, eat clean clean CLEAN! But eat enough. I started at 5'4, 159-160lbs and I am NOW down 12 lbs PLUS I have transformed a LOT of muscle. I am happy with the results but I'm NOT done yet. I still have about 10 lbs that I want to loose and a few more inches here and there. I will be posting my 90 day measurements and NEW pics this weekend, so to hopefully continue to motivate men and women who are considering P90X or having trouble seeing the light. IT WILL HAPPEN, you have to MAKE IT HAPPEN! Stick with it and I will report back in 3 days....HOPE THE RESULTS ARE AS GOOD AS I THINK THEY ARE????

Well folks, here they are. The 90 day adventure brings me to here. I'm NO WAY DONE, but I feel like I've come a long way. I will repeat P90X another round and hopefully start the PLUS this summer. My stats are posted prior to this post. Not bad, but I would like to loose about 10 more lbs of fat and continue to rip rattle and roll. Keep it up ladies and gents. THIS PROGRAM ROCKS!

Super pics, Tracy!! I love the blue jean one from the side - really shows how much weight you've lost!! YOU DID IT!!

Time for round 2! Think about how awesome you will look and feel after another round!! What day are you starting? I'm off to Vegas for some R&R so I will be about a week behind the rest of the group. Going to walk and do cardio while I'm there though.

haha...ellen..hey have fun. I couldn't resist a rest day today. I did core SIN! I might try to smash my face tomorrow. Gonna take a week and sorta glide through, doing minimal but some.....cardiox,kenpo etc. I haven't decided exactly which day but I'm changing it this time. I want SUNDAY to be my rest day..screw saturdays, that's bogus! LOL I am almost sure I'll start round 2 full force on monday feb 8th!

What an inspiration! I had to pull my co-workers over to my computer to show them your results. Now I am so excited to get my P90X in the mail (hurry up beachbody people!!!) Thats funny Julie. Your CO WORKERS LOL! COOL! I hope to keep impressing after another 30/60 then 90. I'll tell you, so far, round 2 weeks 1 and 2 so far are JUST as hard cuz you're able to do more.
