Oh no doubt... I wanted to get these posted so you guys (and gals?) could help keep me accountable. I'll be posting 30, 60, and 90 for sure.

Thanks FISH, T minus 4 days and counting. I'm getting a little nervous. I think I'll do a few of the workouts ahead of time just so I'll know what to expect...

Hey everyone, I'm baaaaack! Sorry for not updating in a while, but I had a week-long bout with a stomach virus during my original week 2. Then vacation a week after that. So, long story short, I re-dedicated myself to the X last week and am going strong in week 2. I've pretty much been eating high protein, high fiber, low carbs, low fat the whole time, but until last week I could only do the workouts sporadically. So whether you want to call it extending phase one, or restarting phase one, I'm back in full swing.
I have noticed some big improvements already, but I'll wait until my "new" Day 30 to post new pics.

Nice work Wade. Glad to have you back!
Chris…I'm with you! Wall squats are a bear! I'd try to not go deep into the squat and try to build time with a more shallow squat. Then, when you can hold it for 90 seconds, try dropping into a lower squat for a few seconds, then coming back into the shallower squat for a break. After awhile, you'll be able to hold the deeper squat for 90 seconds.
For me, with two bad knees, 90 seconds at 90 degrees is about all I have. Took awhile to get there, but it's worth it!!
Good luck folks, keep bringing it!!!
Kevin

Okay. So I'm finally at Day 30 after having to stop for a few weeks due to illness/vacation. First I gotta say that I feel a much bigger difference than the pics are showing. I look at these and see a slight improvement, but the mirror (as well as my wife) tells a different story than the camera for some reason. Could be the fact that I only did half the recovery week, could be that I just finished plyo x before the pics were taken. Who knows. As you can see I lost a little fat (weighing in at around 174 down from 180), and I'm a little more defined. Not any more noticeable muscle mass, but now they aren't squishy. Looking forward to these next few months, as I hope to be packing on the muscle with more energy/endurance due to more carb intake. Any helpful diet/exercise hints for phase 2 would be welcome and appreciated.

Those are great results, especially at day 30. I know what you mean when you say you didn't get any muscle mass but they aren't squishy any more. The exact same thing happened to me. Day 60 is when your results really show, at least when mine did. Your arms look a lot toner, and the side view confirms where those six? pounds cant from. Keep up the good work, you're in for some great results.
Oh and just wondering, but how many pull ups can you do now?
