Small update at 45 days . 189Lbs and about 13% BF. Down from 201lbs and 18% BF.

Well Day 60 is here! Currently down to 186 (down 16lbs since day 1) and around 13% body fat. I think Phase 3 will be a More Caloric 50/50/30 ratio Phase to put some beef on.

Seeing some solid definition 60 days in, congrats! How are you measuring your body fat %? Congrats again on your progress.

I bought the DIY Calipers at GNC and I do the Army's Body Fat calculations (measure neck and abdomen etc).
