Hi guys.

I tried the P90X3 and liked it because of the 30 minute workouts. Anyone still posting here?

I just joined the forum and am starting P90X tomorrow. Did you do P90X as well or just P90X3? I was wondering how it compared.

Hi!
Well I started with the original and it taught me to be patient and consistent with my workouts. They are long but I saw amazing results. I did P90X+ and liked that. Did Insanity once and hated it but finished. P90X3 is good but I don't believe 30 minutes is enough to do more than maintain.
I recently joined a gym after doing P90X at home for 6 years. I love P90X but I am currently planning on stepping it up to do a bodybuilding competition and hired a personal trainer. I love being fit and healthy at age 57. Best of luck to you and just do the workouts and you will see some change. I remember the first two weeks and I was amazed.

I'm this guy My Before and After and over a 2 year period I put the whole lot back on. I have my excuses but I'm kind of done making them. Last September I got back on the horse and am now sitting at 206lbs, I am 4 weeks off finishing P90X3 and I finally feel amazing again. I wish you all good luck in your journeys.
