Finally completed this damn program, and it couldn't have come at a better time then before summer... Actually I completed the program 2 weeks ago, and never stopped since then, implementing P90X+ and One on One workouts for the next 90 days..

Here is my fat self about 105 days ago... I was really depressed at this time, couldn't walk up a flight of stairs at 260 LBs, loved blizzards from DQ, and really couldn't stop eating pizza and wings, drank every week, scratch that drank every 2-3 days... I let myself get to this from a 190 lb guy that played college soccer.. Which ultimately led to me being single, probably another thing that jolted my passion for working out..

Anyway, this is me for the third time around... No cheats, no sweets for 90 days.

3 and a whole half months later, 42 pants I'm "trying" to wear have been overtaken by my 36 inch waist.

Pain for the whole 90 days was well worth the pounds lost.. I currently weigh myself in at 211 lbs ( weigh in this morning ).


And I did treat myself to a brand new puppy!!

good results man, good job! I'm fighting my ice cream addiction as we speak! We bought those Skinny Cow ice cream bars for our moments of weakenss-100 calories beats the 600 calories from Cold Stone or DQ. BUT doing neither is even better! Way to go man!
