Well... can't believe it but phase one of P90X is done. Here are some pictures from day 1 and day 30. Feel free to comment and let me know if there is actually any noticeable difference. (I didn't do the ab ripper on phase one)

DAY1 195lb ---> DAY30 180lb
DAY1 21%Fat ---> DAY30 17%Fat

looks good man, keep up the good work, i've actually just finished kenpo x, about 10 mins ago and stumbeled across this site and joined, you got better results than i did, i'm in my second week of phase 2, and i have not seen much if any progress, but as the guy said some people see results after phase 2 and he saw results 2 weeks after phase 2, but hey let me know what diet ur following, give me a breakdown of what u eat during the day and week.

Yeah, I definately saw results in Phase one, as far as weight goes. Now in Phase 2 and dont see much in weight loss... but then again I been missing a few days of workout.

As far as diet goes I ussually eat as follow.

egg whites with no fat cheese some mushrooms in it too

Cottage cheese with strawberries

Salad with tomatos and shrimps

chicken breast (grilled) with some vaggie soup


If I feel like I didnt have protein in the day (salads and soups all day) I would have a whey protein shake)

Also canned tuna and apple or banana as snacks... dont get to the point of beeing hungry... eat before you want to eat.

PS: I dont eat before sleep... try not to at least 3 hours proior your bed time.

Keep it up and change will come... there is no other way about it.
