what kind of diet did you follow?

I'm tracking my food, staying between 1700-2000 calories a day, and following the phase I and II ratios of fat/carbs/protein.

Phase 1 was 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fats. Now I'm at the 20% fats, 40/40 of protein/carbs. No alcohol at all (other than valentine's day), and eating breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack, dinner, post workout drink.

Ah okay, low carb it is. I was just asking since I don't last very long on low-carb but I guess it's the best way for fast results.
