TOPIC: Day 45 Results

Well here I am on day 45 of P90x and feeling great! Started off at 164 lbs and now i'm down to 152. Loving the results and can't wait to see what Day 90 is going to look like.

Love how the hair just falls off! LOL j/k I shaved mine as well:P Great job and good time to take pics as I noticed that my day 45 pics showed much more results than my day 30 pics did.

amazing, your abs look great! its crazy much one's body can be transformed in 45 days...can't wait for your day 90 results!
