Thanks for all the awesome encouragement! It's so hard to see it sometimes, but these pictures...well, they really help. I was just worried that I was making it up in my head...saying, "Man, I've been working SO hard, of COURSE I look different."

Stick Legs, I cannot agree more. I did yoga last night, went into one of the poses, and all of a sudden thought, "WOW. That is MUCH easier than last time. Whee - look at me go!" And the diet thing... Well, I struggle, too. That's the hardest part, I think. Even thought I eat healthy, it's eating the RIGHT healthy. But nevertheless, maybe the progress is coming!

There are some tricky areas I wish I could target, but it's encouraging to think that maybe the most improvement will come in the next 30 days...and beyond!

Have other people had that experience?

Seriously, as everyine said...ABS are showing result. This is the part where everyone struggles. Good going...keep Bringing it.
