so i am happy to have successfully finished 30 days so far (minus 2 kenpos)... i am some what ok with the results.... lost an inch on the waist and about 5 pounds so far ....

though i do feel i havent done very well... i am still sturggling with the weights and push ups pull ups etc... i am not sure if i am taking in enough protein i dont feel... i think m just rambling now... any ways carry on with th next 30 days and see how it goes

You look leaner, you can tell in your waist. Keep at it, from what I can tell the result don't come till 60 and 90 days. I'll keep an eye for next months pics.

Nice, Nitsy, your waist is definitely more trim. Keep at it, dramatic results start to happen into phase 2
