I think your doing great.. What kind of foods do you eat??? I mean are you eating lots of processed foods?

Pretty much the same think every day. Try to stay away from the processed stuff as much as possibe. I've lost about two pounds a week consistantly except for when I platuaed due to not eating enough. I couldn't stay in the fat shredder stage very long due to my job being pretty strenuous physically. Nothing worse than climbing 300ft up a wind turbine when you bonking in the first 10 feet.

Breakfast

Oatmeal
Banana with peanut butter
Two hard boiled egg whites

Snack

Protien bar- 2g sugar

Lunch

Three corn tortillas
Fresh spinach
String cheese
Chicken breast cooked in peppercini juice

Snack

Almonds- appx. 3 ounces


Dinner

Random but mostly chicken and rice with steamed veggies or some variant.

After workout

Low sugar protien shake
