Thank you Geo! Yeah, it's been quite the journey, I'm hoping these last 30 days give me the results I want. I'm going to really concentrate on the the nutrition really hard the last 30 days.

Yeah man, you've cut A LOT!!

and your biceps are HUGE compared to day 1. AWESOME.


I am ending week 7 today. recovery week sunday. I am doing the same thing you said, focus on the nutrition plan hardcore from now on.


There are coupel things I want to take care of. Hopefully this last push will do it.
