Thanks Nessy. Starting week 2 of phase 3 today. Goin full force gettin that summer six pack on. Still have a few "rounds of 90" to go, but I consider this a lifelong commitment, not a 90 day commitment. I LOVE what it's doing to my bod!

I'll work hard on that. Just knowing I need to post a pretty 6 pack in 30 more days is motivation enough...hold on tight and pray for me LOL!

Thought I would post this here also......

Well, I'm seeing the light...on the tail end of phase 3 week 2, with only one miss. I'm starting to really feel great (and addicted). Unfortunately I've eaten well, but not as well as I could have, however not much "junk"...I'm starting to get into the best shape i've been in since high school (20+ years ago) and even more toned. I'm pushing hard to please myself and to have good 90 days pics to post. You know if I don't post them somethings wrong LOL. I didn't overeat christmas or new years, but ate things that weren't so "CLEAN"...aka..chips n salsa, meatballs, blah blah BLAH! "GOOEY stuff"

Anywho...I AM feeling very tired this week and "un" motivated although I haven't quit. I won't quit. I don't know if my body is finally saying "GOOD LORD what are you DOING" or if I'm pushing harder because I've upped my weights and upped the reps and amount of a lot of the exercises. ANYONE ELSE GO THROUGH THIS?

I also realized that the excel spreadsheet I downloaded from here does not match up to the fitness guide in week 10. ANYONE NOTICE THIS? I have decided to try my hand at a professional looking excel spreadsheet for both P90X AND P90X +. If I succeed I will glady share them if I just knew how to get them on here for you all.

Happy New Year and I just wanted to say thanks for all the motivation I've gotten from everyone. Whether it be posted directly to me or whether it's just simply reading what you all post, it's been very helpful. Keep it up ladies and gents...we'll be the ones on the beach everyone looks at right?

Dont quit! Youve put in too much work so far. Everyone has these thoughts its not just you. I notice that I feel great after the routines especially when I dont feel motivated to get it done. Keep pushing play.
