To be honest, I think one of the most striking differences is your facial expression. Guy on the looks happy as a clam! Guy on the left, not so much so.
Amazing how eating right, working out, and taking care of yourself improves pretty much all aspects of your life!

The company has a monthly transformation contest..there are 8 winners, a male and female in 4 age categories...each month 6 peeps win $1000, and 2 win $10,000...I was the male 10k winner for April.
Now, the really good part, is all the monthly winners compete again at the end of the year...out of that group, 6 will win 50k, and 2 will win 250k...so, I can promise you, my workouts are intense, and the diet is spot on..lol
