So, I have done almost 30 days of P90x. I say almost because the only thing between me and my 30 day mark is that recovery week thing. And I don't think I am going to get much more in the results department until after 60 days. Anyway, here are my pictures I have taken. I'm not quite sure if I see any progress. Maybe a little. Anyway, would appreciate everyone's thoughts.

The change may be subtle, but it's there. Your belly shrank and I see differences in your shoulders too. Keep it up and you'll see big changes overall! Are you following the nutrition plan? I saw big changes myself between days 30 and 60. Keep pushing play!

I can't say I am really following a Nutrition plan. But then again, I am not exactly eating everything in sight. I would like to think I eat fairly normally. 3 meals a day like most people. I can feel results on my body. Like my shoulders feel fantastic. Right near my neck. And it seems like my chest is starting to get tight. I am gonna keep at it. I wanna be able to dress up like this character next year for our yearly renaissance festival, and fit the look.

Diet is the only thing that will kept you in shape. I know it's hard as hell to not crave the stuff you like. Doing p90x is not as hard it's only 50 mins but dieting is the whole day. Those crave I have are the only thing keeping me from getting those 6 pac abs. Don't give up ! If in 90 days you won't reach your goal, it won't hurt to do another 90.
