Keep it up man! Awesome results. Can't wait to see your 60 day results. If I can get anywhere near your results I'll be happy.

eyy man great results. and by the way im surprise a lot huys here from phoenix. im from phoenix as well. we all should have a p90x run one day.

Sometimes it is nice to sub a run in for kenpo (my wife kinda laughs at me when I'm kicking and punching in the living room)

Thanks for the encouragement! This last week was the first week of Phase two and it was challenging to say the least not only with the workouts, but with life. I took an unexpected trip to Las Vegas for a couple days that really tested my new conditioning. Everything turned out okay.

Something interesting happened today. I canceled my gym membership when I started the program but still have a month or so left. I decided to do my workout there today and wow what a difference in strength from a month ago. Since my endurance is up now more than ever, it seems I can lift a lot more than I used to. Has anyone else experienced this?
