Corp_T OFFLINE Referee Posts: 652 Karma: 14	Egg whites are less fattening and have less cholesterol. The amount of fat and type of cholesterol won't kill you if you don't like egg whites. Most of what I've read about egg cholesterol is that it's actually good for you in moderation.
