So usually after my lunch, I like to have something sweet. Not big, but satisfying. Normally I'l have a 1/2 cup of granola or a serving of fruits(cherries, strawberries, or peaches). Now I'm not really sure if this is an acceptable habit so I just wanted to know what you guys think. Is it o.k to have a sweet after my lunch? is there anything healthier but sweet that I can eat? Or should I just put a halt to my sweet tooth? =/

By a sweet do you mean fruit? If so, yeah that's great.

you're good, but remember there is a higher carb count in the fruit and granola. also the granola will have a pretty high fat content like nuts. just check your ratios, esp in the fat shredder phase 1.

something that really helps me keep my diet documented and the calcs easier. try livestrong.com and go to the myplate tab. it's free, just register, no spam and it has a great database with a lot of commercial and generic products with its nutritional value. it'll show you your ratios so you can make adjustments. good luck.
