Is it okay to have a pack of soda crackers? I seen them mention that you can have it on the biggest loser. What's your opinion? ....I have eaten a pack before my workout the past couple days along with my pre-workout drink. Just so I have something in my stomach for my workout.

Just account for the calories and remember that there really isn't anything nutrition in them.
