never heard of turkey jerky...is it any good? Do they add a lot of salt like they do with Beef jerky?

I should have mentioned dried fruit. Not store bought. I dry my own. Sotre bought has a TON of extra sugar in it.

You can get a dehydrator for pretty cheap and in the long run it saves you money. You can also make beef jerky (or turkey jerky, though I've never tried to make it) and it's a lot healthier because you control how much salt you add.


I also make my own protein bars that are pretty close to the p90x protein bars, but with a lot less sugar and fat.
