Figured I would share what I am planning for round 2 nutrition... Almost exactly like round 1 for me!

Breakfast
3 oz poached chicken
6 egg whites (actaully egg beaters)
onions and peppers

Snack
apple
2 scoops MM Light Vanilla Protein Powder with water

Lunch
4 ounces poached chicken
Whole large Green Pepper
2 La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Wraps
1 cup Low fat cottage cheese (2%)
1 cup raw spinach
1 cup raw brocoli

Snack
Dannon Light and Fit Vanila Yogurt
Pure Protein Bar
Light String Cheese

Dinner
1 cup Bloack Beans
1.5 cups raw spinach
3 ounces of fish (grilled)

Snack
1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese.

Will alternate between BB Recovery and LF Choc. Milk.

Veggies will alternate some, as will fish (will only do fish a few nights a week).

Same as last round, I will be ~1800 calories and 45/35/20.

I know it may not be "perfect", but it worked well for me in round 1, and I have even stuck to it since completing round 1... it is EASY to follow. I just figured I would share, as it may help others.

Looks good. I can't keep energy with my calories that low though.

Thanks guys.

Actually, I am hoping to get BF% down to 10% (I am at ~16% now, down from ~34 on Nov6)... ambitious, but that is what I am hoping for. I have lost a total of 80lbs since I started P90X on Nov 6th. 60lbs in round 1, and another 20 while doing insantiy and running. I am now at 200 lbs, and I really feel like I can see awesome results now (in terms of toning up), as I am starting at a more normal weight.

I have pretty much stuck at 1800-200 calories since November 6th, so that currently works well for me. I may increase it as time goes on, but will let my energy level determine that.

Also, one thing that I do when I feel like I need a "snack", or just a little sweetness... I eat a handfull of craisins. They are not the best thing for you, but a small handfulll goes a long way in satisfying my sweet tooth.

It hit me today (with several posts from others mentioning sodium) that I should check my amount. I am WAY HIGH! It looks like the Cottage Cheese is the largest contributor, so I am going to try to find a way to phase that out.
