i was looking at some recipes in the nutrition guide and some have 2122mg sodium per serving i thought that its not good to have soo much sodium, please help dont know how much is too much of sodium, carbs, cholesteral.

Im not an expert but I think that you are supposed to stay under 2300 mg a day. Sodium is bad for people with heart problems or those who are more sedentary. If you work out everyday and sweat a lot it's not too much of an issue. You will sweat most of it out, and the rest will be used for electrolyte balance. It does help to cut or reduce sodium intake if you need to lessen "water weight", too much sodium makes your body retain more water and you become bloated. I wouldn't worry about it too much since you are exercising, but I wouldn't eat it every day or more than once a day.
