Soy Milk 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Anyone here ever try soy milk in there protein shakes? I tried it today for the added protein and it tasted really good, expecially the chocolate kind. Just wondering what others thoughts were on it. Is using it recommended or no?

I always put soymilk in my protein shakes. My favorite is chocolate soymilk with a scoop of protein powder, a banana and some peanut butter. It gets so thick I practically have to chew it. YUM!

Peanut butter is bad for ur diet. Too much fat from calories. Just stick with the banana and the scoop of protien.

I realize that peanut butter has quite a bit of fat in it, but if it were so bad for you, why would it be included in the nutrition plan as a snack (w/celery).

I use peanut butter in my diet too. I buy the reduced fat kind and mix it with my breakfast protein shake.

I don't see an issue with it.

It's got some fat in it, yes, but so do the almonds the nutrition guide tells you to eat.
