Per livestrong.com:
6 egg whites = 96 calories, 0g fat, 0mg cholest, 330mg sodium, 24g protein.
to equal the same amount of protein with whole eggs would be:
4 large eggs = 284 calories, 20g fat, 760mg cholest, 288mg sodium, 24g protein.
I'll stick with the egg whites, especially now that I'm used to eating them that way. The yolk doesn't add that much flavor. Plus eggs are relatively cheap- get the giant 5 dozen packs at Sams Club.
My breakfast this morning was 6 egg whites scrambled with 2 turkey sausage links (cut up), 1/2 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese, and diced peppers in a whole wheat wrap (actually only half of it fit in the wrap, the rest I ate on the plate lol).

2 egg whites equals 1 whole egg so i use egg beaters theres no cholesterol in them way healthier and i mix those with egg whites. so for 2 protein which is 12 egg whites i would mix 3 whole egg(egg beaters) and 6 egg whites(the come in cartons like the egg beaters) its not that bad, then i mix it with ham and mushrooms and cheese and therefore for breakfast i get 3 protein servings, 1 veggie and 1 dairy.

I am a salsa guy -- egg whites taste great with salsa. If I dont do salsa, I will do one whole egg alongside the egg whites and that tastes decent too.

Its true,
egg whites take some time to get used to. I used to do like some of the others and make breakfast sandwiches, but now I make omelets with 4 egg whites, ground boca, ground pepper, and lite shredded cheese. Oh yeah, and tossed around with some hot sauce. Hot and simple.

Seen the same report the other day -can remember where -but they are saying that the whole egg is actually much better for you then taking out the yolk--will post the link if i can find it
