I have two cups a day...one after breakfast and again after lunch. Regular natural Green Tea of course without sugar and cream is very good for you.

I am not a coffee drinker but I wanted something with a little bit of caffeine to help kick start my metabolism in the morning and afternoon.

It also contains many cancer fighting antioxidants and other health benefits.

Enjoy

Thanks guys.
That's one thing I've never really understood: caffine.
I've never been a coffee drinker (love the smell but not the taste) and just don't understand people who say they can't function in the morning without a cup - my wife for example.
I can drink two 380ml cans of Pepsi and fall right asleep. I would think that is at least the equivilant of 2 cups of coffee as far as caffine goes. I don't think I even know what a caffine buzz is to be honest. I don't go out of my way to avoid it but at the same time it just doesn't do anything for me. I guess that's good since there's no chance of me ever becomeing hooked on it but I've always thought I was weird in that regard.

I discovered that it's the SUGAR that makes me sleepy when I drink Coke (sorry, I'm a Coca Cola girl). Try some of the diet Pepsi, and you might experience the caffeine boost, or have several cups of tea with splenda/nutrasweet/stevia so you don't have the sugar reaction.

Ya, Coke's ok, too. And it's not that it makes me sleepy but it certainly is not a pick-me-up. I just mean that I have no problems falling asleep after a an injection of caffine and most people complain about the opposite. Shakes even.
Diet soda? No way. I don't know how people can drink it. In fact I'm not keen on anything artificially sweetened. Just don't care for the taste.
