I think even if the rest of your day was filled with 0g of fat, you'd still be over the limit... haha

Has anybody ever had to order from a fast food restaurant to fill your daily requirements?

If so what did you order?

In the back of the Nutrition Guide there is a list of fast food places and what is 'ok' to eat. It says like once a day and only like twice a week. But I really discourage any fast food. Even though I broke down and bought a A1 T&H...... I am just going to run with my girls in B-ball practice today, rest then do P90X

If I need to get fast food, I go to Subway and get an oven-roasted chicken salad, double meat, no dressing - spinach, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, onion. I'm sure there's a lot of sodium in the chicken, but other than that, it's a pretty solid meal.

Every now and then when I'm in a pinch I'll get the Tendergrill Chicken Salad from BK. We have a Charley's Subs here on Fort Eustis. The buffalo chicken wrap is pretty good. I started making my own with fat free cheddar and whole wheat tortillas.

Subway has a couple subs that fit the P90X diet. I think the 6" ham with fresh veggies on whole wheat is okay. No mayo.

I would say recommend staying away from fast food while doing P90X so that you don't sabotage your results. You will probably find that after those 90 days you won't even crave fast foods any longer.

lol I'm around day 70 right now and I can't wait to celebrate with a double cheeseburger from Sonic. I'll just make sure its the only fat I eat that day.
