But i have another problem. Im finding myself snacking in the nights, id eat well throughout the day, fruit, chicken, veg, baked beans etc. but then i may sneak in a spon of choc spread for the taste. i have fat free yogurts which are delicious, and my cravings are definately curving, because when im presented with bad foods i usually delcine in the thought of all the fat and what it could do to my body. So i choose the healthy option usually.
Any advice on stopping the sweet tooth?
As for tonight, i had a cupa soup (like 70 calories, wiuth 2 slices of bread = 120 cals) so not bad, and i also had some iceburg lettuce with salf and pepper. about 2 calories

Jokes, but nothing really in lettuce. so yeah, ive refrigerated some chicken, which i will be cutitng up and sticking in a salad. nom nom nom. again, any advice whatsoever is much appretiated.
