I have had a lot of 1st's during my 3 short weeks of P90X.
I tried Quinoa for the first time. I found it in the bulk section @ WinCo Foods, right next to the steel cut oats.
Cheap and easy to cook up. Lots of info if you Google it.
It is a nice alternative to brown rice. It is like couscous. I will use it in soups too.
It has the highest protein content of any grain!
