is it ok to be eating 2 protein bars a day to help with protein intake. I do not like protein shakes. I have been eating Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut butter bars that have 190 calories each and i usually have 2 a day. there is 6 grams of fat 17g carbs 2g sugar 6 grams sugar alcohol. plus alot of vitamins
