Thanks for the hockey tip.

Will see what I get down too with this round of p90x, have more goo to get rid of, not sure if insanity plus a strict diet is the way to go. I'm 6'3" and down to 230 (from 297!!) so losing 70lbs definatly helped my skating, still get the leg burn in 45-60 sec of hard back-checking;)

Just to clarify when you say Interval X, thats Interval X+.

I'm 6 weeks into classic. I have followed the workouts and diets very strictly and am having great results so far. I switched from the fat burner phase of diet to the energy boost a couple weeks ago and my goo burn seems to have plateaued since then. I'm guessing it's the extra carbs so I am going to cut them again but I was soooo low on energy that my workouts were beginning to suffer.

I have a couple questions for those that have really had exceptional results with this program (are you listening Pauly?). Did you change diet phases as you progressed...ie...fat burner, then energy boost, then endurance maximizer or did you basically stick with the fat burner throughout the entire program? If just fat burner, how are you able to keep energy up without any pasta, rice or potatoes? Are you really able to get enough carbs by just eating greens? Please, please help...thanks!

Phase 2 and 3 40/40/20. I ate all kinds of veggies. Would have pasta every 3 weeks once for a little boost. Never had rice or potatoes. All my carbs came from veggies, fruit, whatever was in my protein bars and powder. And low carb tortillas wraps.
