Can I mix up the meals that I eat, what I mean by this is can I eat the breakfast from day 2 the lunch from day 1 and the dinner from day 4 all in the same day or are the meals set up in a way that this is not recommended? One more thing for the first snack right after breakfast it says to drink the recovery drink is this only for people that workout right after breakfast or for everyone no matter the time of the workout?

yea, i think mixing up the meals is fine. just make sure to track what you're eating and hit your percentages. you can eat day 1's meals every day if you feel.
yes- i believe the nutrition guide assumes you workout after breakfast, so that first snack would assume you've worked out, and then have a recovery drink. |

the meal plan is all about the ratio's and caloric intake. just make sure you're falling inline with those each day and you can mix and match however you want.

It is all from the P90X Nutrition Book Breakfast: 1 Mushroom Omelet 1 cup fresh strawberries 8oz cottage cheese Snack: Protein Shake (Shakeology) Lunch: Chef Salad Snack: 2oz Soy Nuts Dinner: 6oz Chicken breast (w/ honey chile sauce) 1 cup Quinoa 1/2 cup Snap Peas After Workout: Recovery Shake |
