Quick question ... Planning to move on to Morning workouts, anyone else in the same boat? If so, do you eat before you workout, or do you just wait and eat afterwards?

I do my workouts starting between 5:30 and 6:00am and I eat afterwards. I make sure I drink water first thing when I get up like the nutrition guide suggests and then I go for it. I've not had any problems with my energy level doing it this way and I just finished day 5 strong. I normally end up right at 7 so I do my recovery drink and get my breakfast in about 8:30-9:00.

Same here, start my workouts at 6:30 with a bottle of water and usually try to eat shortly after finishing. For recovery drink, I just drink 8oz chocolate milk while I am making breakfast.

I have found that the Chest and Back workout makes me a bit nauseous in the morning, so I have been doing that one in the afternoon, but every other workout is bright and early!

Yeah.. I felt the same after C&B, but I just figured it was because I was trying to push it. I have my second week coming up, so I'll check for that feeling on Monday.
