Hey guys, i'm just starting out, and i need help figuring out what to eat. I've seen some peoples diets and what their meal plans are....but, does it matter how many calories i eat a day? or what the limit? and whats an excat meal lan that doesn't get old or thats not going to make me throw up to force it down.

While the main advice that is given in this forum is to follow pauly p's diet, but since you seem to not want to do so, figure out your BMR on any online calculator, eat 500 less calories (creating deficit). From there try getting at least 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight (1 gram of protein = 4 calories), about 0.5 grams of fat per body weight(1 gram of fat = 9 calories), then fill the rest of your calories carbs from either complex carbs, fruits, veggies. This way you literary create your own diet and have complete control. Good luck =]
