I'm on my 1st week of Phase 2. My diet during Phase 1 was 70/20/10

I felt really tired this week during my workout. Should I increase my carb intake and do a 60/30/10 diet?

Please help!! Do you guys know what the nutrition book recommends for Phase 2? I feel really tired and I've been doing the Phase 2 halfway lately with hardly any intensity at all.

Thanks,
Ryan
