Just heard about the NOX craze and wanted to hear whats yalls imput is. Nitric Oxide boosters relax the blood vessels in your body allowing more oxygen to get to your muscles thus improving performance and offsetting muscular fatigue. Anyone tried this and had good results? I'm thinkin about trying it but I am looking for any reason that might suggest its a bad idea.

i take L-arginine a few times a week, to be truthful i dont notice any difference without it but then again i take a low amount.

I've been using Jack3d for my NO supplement. It also contains creatine and caffeine - which helps for early morning workouts. I haven't used a full cycle yet so results still pending, but so far I like it. I definitely feel more alert focused. Whether that translates into claimed results is another issue.

I've messed with these in the past, and I dont personally think they do much physically. Creatine's been proven to work, but it's disputed if the form and method of delivery on standard supplements provide the same effect as the IV version that was studied. NO may have some effect but to my knowledge has never been studied. I used Beta-NOX and NO-Xplode through a full bottle. NO-Xplode did absolutely nothing for me, personally. Beta-NOX gets me jacked up but that's likely due to the heavy Caffeine and Stimulants added to it and not from any NO in it. This is all my opinion though and your mileage may vary. Some people swear by them.

In any case, do some research and be careful -- many of these supplements are rough on the organs and there are reports of kidney and/or liver failure in some extreme cases. If you do dabble, I would recommend starting with half the recommended dose and making sure you drink 100+ ounces of water a day to keep your system flushed and hydrated.
