I have some packets of Myoplex deluxe nutrition shake powder, it's supposed to be a meal replacement. Each serving has 300 cals, 2g fat, 25g carbs, 42g protein. I was thinking of using these for my breakfast. It says you can use either water or skim milk, I was wondering what the breakdown on this would be. Would I count it as 1 protein, 1 carb and 1 fat. Thanks for the help.
