TOPIC: Lowfat Cheese

So low fat cheese and crackers is one of the snack suggestions in the nutrition guide. I went to the store last night to get some because after 2 weeks I'm tired of eating almonds as my double snack. I couldn't find any package of cheese that actually said low fat on it. Are there types of cheese that are known to be low fat so they don't put it on the package? Do I need to look at the fat content and judge for myself? If so, what is considered low fat? Info on this would be appreciated. I'm trying to vary my food selection in an effort to stick to the nutrition plan.

low fat cottage cheese should be easy to find. should be near yogurt. probably would be a good idea to steer clear of crackers for the most part.
