just quick question to anybody who has any idea about this addiction and yes it is an addiction. I cant seem to eat anything salad like without tobasco or jalapeños? i like hot food though tobasco nor jalapeños are hot to me, its the tangyness that gets me. so my question is it bad for you, i tend to drown most of the simple food i eat in this stuff i can't seem to eat without it! any thoughts?

I am the same way, actually its ALL hot sauces. I think that its the vinegar. With that being said, the downside to hot sauces is the sodium that they conatin. However, I thnk that Tabasco is one of the lowest in sodium.

Nope no problem with it at all except as Buck said the high sodium content some have. Besides the salt though they have an abundant amount of capsaicin in them which is known to help speed up the metabolism. So enjoy!

Yep, spicy foods speeds up metabolism. I use a little Frank's Red Hot myself. Probably half the the chicken I eat is usually with Red Hot or Frank's Buffalo Sauce. Both have 0 everything.
