Long story short....I've been eating about 1 meal a day. I rarely snack. Meal usually consist of chicken breast and a salad. Other days are turkey burger and a salad.

The last 3-5 days, I haven't ate anything else besides that. Drink about 5 bottled waters a day and that 1 "somewhat large" meal.

Is there anything wrong with this? It's not where I'm starving myself....I'm just not hungry. I don't want to force myself to eat if I'm not hungry!

Will I see quicker results if I eat a LOT less than the 'recommended' food intake??
Again, not starving myself....just not hungry all day.

I have been told you can see better results by eating more instead of eating less (again, being realistic here. Not talking about 3,000 calories) I have no idea if that's a fact or myth.

only one meal a day! dude u are insane, im about 93% percent sure that is bad for u. Ur glucose levels may drop, ur sugar levels and what not. if you eat 1 meal a day u can actually gain weight, if u want to loose weight your gonna have to eat at least 3-4 but if u really want ur fat gone quickly, u gotta eat 5-6 smalll meals during the day. hope i helped.

I appreciate the response. But I don't understand how one can gain wait by not eating much? Not saying you're not correct....as you probably are. But how does it make any sense?

My father has diabetes so he has to take his sugar level every so often. I took mine the other day and it was at 88, which is perfect. So I'm ok with that

And what do you mean by "Small Meals?" What classifies as a small meal?

You will not be able to keep this up for very long. Your workouts will suffer. You might get away with it for 5 days, but not for 90. How many calories, what do you weight, etc. Setting yourself up for a big crash or binge.

Body has to be fueled so you can give it all during workouts. I did not eat the recommended amount of calories. I experimented and found what worked for me. It was less than suggested but not 1 meal a day. 1600-1900 calories, consisting of veggies, chicken and some fruit, protein bars and powder.

I'm around 5'10" 165 pounds. Nothing huge. Bought this workout to get rid of the stomach.

Again, this "one meal a day" hasn't been going on for that long. I was just wondering if I continued to do it, if I would see quicker results. I hate eating when I'm not hungry...I just feel if I force myself to eat, that defeats the purpose of trying to get rid of the stomach.
